PAYMENT POLICY 

Payment for services are due at checkout when booking. If payment plan is available, when paying for a deposit you are agreeing for your card to be saved and charged for the remaining balance at a later time. Once paid, all payments are non exchangeable and non-refundable. For any committed series, such as the Mentorship Program, you are agreeing to pay for the entire program upon signing up and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

There are no refunds, no rescheduling, no exceptions.

COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amanda Gutierrez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Any choreography, photos and videos taken during the session is owned by all parties including, the choreographer/director (Amanda Gutierrez), the client as well as the videographer. This includes classes, private packages, group private sessions, private parties and workshops.

NOTIFICATION PROVISION

The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, these changes will be updated before check out. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
